Jereh Awarded Petronas Offshore Compressor Project

Yantai/November, 18, Jereh lands an offshore compressor project for Petronas, which is aimed at raising its gas lifting capacity through Jereh’s engine-driven compressor packages. This project will help enhance the capacity of the aged oilfield, marking Jereh’s another breakthrough for offshore application.

Compressor packages for offshore platform application are required to be highly-integrated, vibration-attenuated as well as explosive-proof. Jereh’s products have passed strict test of PTS standard. Leveraging outstanding packaging experience and design ability, Jereh won the bid eventually.

Jereh rearranged the layout of engine-driven compressor packages to be more compact and integrated, and also optimized the support and piping system, which lowered overall weight and room occupation to the least. In the meanwhile, Jereh simulated onsite operation and conducted dynamic analysis to effectively reduce the vibration during running and thus ensured the stability for smooth energy exploration.

Malaysia is one of the countries who actively advocates the Belt & Road Initiative from the very beginning. Likewise, relying on strong technology and R&D capability, Jereh is implementing actual cooperation with clients and customers along the Belt & Road Initiative to achieve common benefits.

Currently, dozens of Jereh compressor packages have been applied to offshore platforms to facilitate natural gas exploration and transmission. As an integrated solution provider for oil & gas engineering, Jereh is going to keep cultivating global markets, making the utilization of natural gas more efficient and creating a better world for all.
