Yantai/January, 24, Jereh Group and DOCG signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Yantai, the Headquarter of Jereh.

Mr. Lan Tu, the General Manager of DOCG, Mr. Sun Weijie, Board Chairman of Jereh Group, Mr. Li Huitao, SVP of Jereh Group, Mr. Yang Zhiguo, President of Jereh Oil & Gas Engineering Cooperation were present at the signing ceremony.

Through this agreement, Jereh and DOCG will establish cooperation regarding oil & gas field surface engineering, module fabrication, oversea EPC project as well as digitalization and information management.

Established in 1985, DOCG is capable of EPC/PMC contracting and project management while offering integrated service including design, procurement and construction. As a large cooperation who specializes in petroleum and natural gas engineering construction, DOCG also covers engineering design, chemical petroleum engineering construction, municipal utility construction, road and bridge engineering construction, buildings architectural engineering construction, engineering supervision etc.

Both sides will join hands to establish factories for module fabrication in the Southwestern China to facilitate the development of oil & gas field engineering in local region.

As shale gas exploration is becoming an inevitable trend, this cooperation between Jereh and DOCG shall boost the utilization & commercialization of natural gas and eventually promote the development of clean energy.
