Yantai/ December 28, Jereh 2500 HP fracturing units, 12 in total, passed the acceptance inspection conducted by CNPC experts, which were specifically developed for CNPC Chuanqing Drilling Engineering Company.

Accompanied by Ms. Wang Jili, Deputy Board Chairman of Jereh Group, and Mr. Zhang Hongnai, Vice President of Jereh Group, experts from CNPC came to the testing area and too part in the networking and parallel commissioning. Operators from CNPC ran a distant commissioning on the fracturing units inside Jereh’s self-developed data van. Witnessed by both sides, a single fracturing unit had reached actual output of 2517.6 HHP, completely eligible to meet the requirements of 2500 HP fracturing unit.
After the acceptance, Mr. Meng Jun, the head of CNPC expert group said, “We are more than satisfied to see the results turn out so wonderful, since it is our first time to adopt dynamic acceptance and casual inspection,
“Jereh’s products are trustworthy as always. A video clip of Jereh fracturing unit operating with full load has just been transmitted to the Headquarter and is highly recognized by other professionals back home.” Meng added.

It is known that the equipment will arrive at Chuanqing well site at the beginning of 2019 to boost the development of local shale gas industry.

Covering design, procurement, material inspection, component manufacturing and final completion, Jereh developed the fracturing unit independently with conformity to national standards and norms as well as technical protocols of both parties. The equipment is proved stable and reliable after going through hydrostatic pressure test, full load test, road test and parallel commissioning.
