Recently, Jereh completed coiled tubing unblocking and amplitude logging operation in Xinjiang successfully. With 2-inch coiled tubing reaching a depth of 6089m, Jereh broke the record for conducting the deepest coiled tubing operation on ultra-deep horizontal wells in Xinjiang, which has been kept for 17 years.

It was a production well with an 1876m long horizontal segment and 55 MPa operating pressure. Coiled tubing tends to slip or get self-locked in classic ultra-deep wells just like this one, which may result in severe accident. When another company was conducting the same kind of operation on this well before, coiled tubing got self-locked at 5600m and failed to get unlocked. In the end, they have to give up on this project.
That was exactly when Jereh was given the arduous task. To effectively avoid risks and danger, experienced Jereh team held a seminar against time and then came up with the perfect tool strings after thorough discussion. Closely cooperating with client, Jereh was able to resolve self-lock problems with innovated solutions and finally accomplished the task on time.

Later on, during acidizing fracturing operation, over 20 large fracturing equipment was unable to work normally due to the early-setting of bridge block. Facing the urgent task, Jereh team was highly responsive to participate in the rescue and created valuable economic benefits afterwards. Therefore, client sent a commendatory letter to express their gratitude for Jereh. In the letter, they spoke highly of Jereh team for being responsible and delivering high quality project with standardized operation.
