Chengdu/April 26th, 2018/ Jereh Group (SZ 002353) announced that the subsidiary of Sichuan Jereh Hengri Natural Gas Engineering Co., Ltd. was selected by Sentai Nengyuan to execute two shale gas LNG plants of 4.2MMSCFD and 21.2MMSCFD in Sichuan, China.

The two projects are located in Gulin and Xuyong, Sichuan Province respectively where is rich of shale gas resources. Considering the mountainous and karst landform of the region, Jereh team designed a technical solution that can reduce civil work and shorten the construction period. It will solve the difficulties of flood discharge trench, and the alternative implementation of engineering, procurement and construction ensures the project schedule.

This is a continued cooperation between Jereh and Sentai Nengyuan in the LNG industry. Earlier in 2014 and 2015, Jereh provided turnkey EPC services for two shale gas liquefaction plants of 2.47MMSCFD and 10.6 MMSCFD. The good operation of two projects strongly boost the local economic development. It is worth mentioning that the shale gas liquefaction plant with capacity of 2.47MMSCFD is China's first shale gas LNG plant with a record of 27 weeks for delivery.

The completion of the two projects will promote the efficient use of shale gas in the three provinces of Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan. More dispersed shale gas resources is produced into economic benefits, which will support the development of southwest shale gas development and utilization center as well.
