March 26th, 2015, Jereh Group attended CIPPE 2015 (the 15th China International Petroleum & Petrochemical Technology and Equipment Exhibition), the largest petroleum exhibition in the world. On the first day of the exhibition, Jereh launched its Integrated Oilfield Environmental Solution which wins CIPPE Innovation Gold Award by showcasing Jereh’s green thinking for oil and gas development in a safe and eco-friendly way.
Jereh integrated oily waste solution lauching in Beijing, March 26, 2015
Compared with conventional methods, Jereh’s Integrated Oilfield Environmental Solution adopts thermal desorption technology for high-efficient separation of solid and fluid, ensuring the best treating performance no more than 0.022% TPH rate of treated solid, while the traditional one can only get TPH rate of 5% and requires a burning phase, resulting in un-recovery of oil in solids and more discharge of pollutants and toxic emissions. The treated waste can be recycled in cement manufacturing and other construction material producing, and 90%~95% of base oil from the waste can be redeployed directly as drilling fluid in the drilling operation, maximizing the resources utilization to create economic returns for customers. Moreover, there is no additional water or additives during the treatment and no emission of toxic pollutants.
With leading edges in equipment manufacturing, Jereh adopts modularized, skid-mounted design for the solution, taking only 2 days for onsite fabrication. The features of mobility and flexibility ensure minimized transportation cost and fast redeployment. In addition, equipped with Jereh intelligent control system, the solution can achieve an efficient, centralized treatment with remote monitoring and data acquisition with treatment capacity of 8ton/h per unit.
The solution attracted lots of visitors at the exhibition and has gained significant attentions from the in the oil and gas industry. Environment concerns everyone, Jereh will work together with the global oil and gas partners to change those risks into profits, and contribute to a greener world for generations.
