Recently, Jereh has awarded a contract with Botas, a Turkish national Petroleum Pipeline Corp., for the provision of high power compressor packages and drilling rig to the project of the underground nature gas storage of Lake Tuz in Turkey. This package is right now China’s highest power engine driven reciprocating compressor packages as well as the first high-power and high-speed package exported to Europe, and it proves Jereh’s excellent capability in compressor package design and manufacturing.

The underground nature gas storage of Lake Tuz, located 125 miles south of Ankara, is an essential storage center of gas supplies from Russia to Europe and is also Turkey's first underground natural gas storage used for peak shaving in winter. Completing the difficult construction, this project will further reinforce the relationship between China and Turkey in energy field.
