Beijing/March 27th, 2018/At the 18th China International Petroleum & Petrochemical Technology and Equipment Exhibition (cippe 2018), Jereh unveiled a series of solutions under the theme of “Maximize Efficiency with Technology, Intelligent Manufacture with Dedication”, demonstrating Jereh’s cutting-edge equipment and technological achievements in the fields of oil and gas production, and oilfield environmental management.
Mr. Su Yinao, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, vice president of CNPC Drilling Research Institute, and professional-level senior engineer, delivered a speech at the press conference that innovation and intelligent transformation is leading the direction of manufacturing industry. Jereh’s practices of intelligent technology in oil and gas equipment and services will effectively promote the working efficiency and reduce operating costs and risks.
The electrically-powered frac skid at the exhibition uses less energy, 53.3% of the rate consumed by traditional diesel engine, and the noise is reduced by 21.7%, which is more user-friendly. The power density of 120 kw/t ranks the highest in the industry. The specifically developed plunger pumps for shale gas development can meet the needs of large displacement, high pressure and long-time operation. We also displayed some of our standard products such as fluid cylinders, manifolds and many more.
In terms of intelligence, the display of Jereh's smart manufacturing workshop attracted many visitors. The production data and status can be transmitted to the control center in real time with smart devices. It helps improve production performance and make timely response in case of production troubles. The system is not only well-applied in the manufacturing workshops, it can support the realization of intelligent operations from pre-sales to R&D, inspection and warehousing, procurement, and after-sales services, and improve work efficiency of each process.
In addition, the Interactive Wall with lights and enjoyable animations shows the solutions along the industrial chain, including natural gas treatment, oil and gas field engineering, distributed energy, soil remediation, and wastewater treatment.
